RE: STATUTORY UPDATE AND INCLUSION OF NEW TRUSTEES

      The Management and Board of Trustees of Sally Mbanefo Foundation hereby formally notify the general public, esteemed partners, and all relevant stakeholders that the composition of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation has been duly reviewed, augmented, and updated to accommodate the inclusion of newly appointed Trustees.

    This consequential administrative development has been properly processed, filed, and officially recorded with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in strict compliance with the extant statutory provisions governing Incorporated Trustees in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

     The inclusion of the newly appointed Trustees is a strategic institutional measure aimed at fortifying the governance architecture, enhancing administrative efficiency, and reinforcing the Foundation’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance in the discharge of its philanthropic and humanitarian mandates.

     Members of the public, institutional partners, and all concerned parties are therefore respectfully enjoined to take due cognizance of this development and accord the newly constituted Board the necessary recognition and cooperation.

Your tenure at NTDC redefined Nigeria’s tourism narrative. You championed ‘Destination Nigeria’ with boldness, professionalism, and an unshakable belief in our country’s cultural wealth. Beyond office, you have remained a mentor to many in the public and private sectors, showing that leadership is ultimately about service and impact.
